ZTRX Secure helps organisations securely remove sensitive information from retired, reused or end-of-life technology. Our services provide a controlled and documented pathway for data-bearing assets including hard drives, SSDs, USB media, mobile devices and other supported storage media.
Processing pathway: Each device is sanitised and the result verified. The hardware is then returned, redeployed or disposed of by ZTRX Secure, as you choose. Where sanitisation is unsuitable or unsuccessful, or your policy requires it, the device is physically destroyed and a Certificate of Device Destruction is issued.
Evidence and reporting: Asset identifiers, processing outcomes and relevant evidence are recorded throughout the service. Clients can receive sanitisation records, asset reporting and applicable certificates as evidence of completed work.
